The Mioranza wines story started in 1964 when the Mioranza family, whose origins are Italian, started growing vines in Flores da Cunha in the Rio Grande do Sul uplands.
The Sociedade de Bebidas Mioranza does not only rely on the best grapes, climate and soil to achieve excellence in wine production. It also relies on the tradition of its forebears linked to modern processes and equipment for perfect wine production.
The Sociedade de Bebidas Mioranza has undergone several stages of improvement over the years. Almost all the grape production comes from its own vineyards, receiving all the care and attention possible to ensure the cultivation of fine grapes to be used for producing the best wines. Investments in advanced technologies, including equipment used for cultivation, the most up to date product analysis and storage methods are other factors that further add to the quality. The company's investment in its staff, who undergo constant training, is another distinctive characteristic.
